Lorraine was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. I had only found the right dress for my vow renewal in Spain just a few weeks prior to the event in August this year.  It needed a couple of adjustments, Lorraine was very helpful, understanding and did a great job - very promptly - to ease my stress! This lady is a genius at what she does and with over 40 years experience she certainly knows what she's talking about. She made my wedding dress from scratch and its on the pictures...I felt like a princess and its all thanks to her. Her kindness and consideration is above and beyond. Took my dress to Lorraine for alterations in a few places , she was very kind to fit me in as I’m just to ‘chilled out’ and only got in touch with her 4 weeks before the big day. Very professional as soon as I had the dress fitting (before the alterations) I knew the dress was in safe hands, she is completely honest and gave me some pointers on alterations and the dress came out even better. The finish on the dress is impeccable and flawless, I didn’t go with any shoes either (which you should) but I explained I was wearing flats and even that didn’t stop the hem take up been perfect. She had added extra boneing to the corset (her boneing was far superior to the manufacturers) I could of asked for a better job. The hard work that’s gone into the alterations and delicacy to get it right is 100% worth the money and is hugely well priced for this kind of work. Lovely lady , fantastic job . Lorraine did an amazing job of altering my wedding dress! It didn't need anything major doing but it looks absolutely lovely and is just perfect. She was super welcoming and helped me decide what needed changing, making me feel so beautiful in my dress too. Lorraine also showed me how to put the dress on the right way, which was super helpful! Absolutely would recommend. Lorraine completely changed the back of my wedding dress , altered 2 bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dress and she did them perfect! Very lovely person and easy to talk too. The price was better than expected too. So very pleased with her work
